In your room you will find a selection of teas and herbal teas at your disposal.  If you are celebrating an anniversary, birthday, or any special occasion we can also help you surprise your loved ones. We will be glad to assist you with any special request (wine or sparkling wine). Please write us and we can arrange this at an extra cost.

CONCIERGE

Our staff is available to help you book museums, restaurants, and tours. Keep in mind we do not have a receptionist 24/7. We will be happy to help you upon request.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT 

The Reception is not open 24 hours a day.

Check-in is at 3:00 P.M. and is by appointment only. Earlier check in could be available upon request, depending on the time. The appointment time is to be established by e-mail or telephone.

Check-out must be done by 10:00 A.M. with the possibility of leaving your bags in our structure at no additional cost. Upon request and at an additional fee, late check-out could be arranged with time in advance. Please send us a message with at least 24 hours in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The Standard Rate allows for free cancellation up to seven days prior to the check-in date. After this time 70% of the full amount of your reservation will have to be charged.

The Non-Refundable Rate requires prepayment of the entire stay and is not refundable for any reason.

*The Florence City Tax is 5,50 euro per person per night.

TRAVELLING WITH PETS?

If you have a dog and want to take it with you on holiday to our facility, here is some useful information for you:

Our b&b is a historic building, therefore we have established rules to ensure that all our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay:

• NO large pets are allowed on our structure. We can only accept SMALL dogs. Pets must be clean and in compliance with common hygiene;
•  It is forbidden to leave dogs alone in the room for any reason;
• We kindly ask you to take care of the furniture. Do not allow your dog to jump on top of beds and chairs.
• It is forbidden to wash them in the bathroom;
• We kindly ask you to manage the dog´s stay in the room responsibly and collaboratively.
